Fourth Meal. Part II.

So, the good news is that she doesn't have FIP.
The bad news is that she's probably still going to die anyway of severe toxoplasmosis and infection.
Awesome.

But not really at all.

She's still being force-fed, she's still receiving meds several times a day, she's still completely disorientated and lethargic. She's also blind now.

Tomorrow will bring more difficult decisions. If her condition is not improving, we are going to have her put to sleep. This is no way for her to live, and keeping her alive if she's not going to get any better is unfair and cruel.

Suffice to say, I'm praying for a miracle.

If she does improve, we're going to try to get the animal hospital to "board" her for another few days so she can rest and load up on meds, regain her strength, and the like. I really, really, really hope this is the case. We're all feeling pretty sick over it all. Beauty and Little Flower don't really understand, but Bear is on the cusp of "getting it".

I'm positively heartsick over this, you guys. Time will tell...
