Over the past few months, my
family participated in "Change Makers" and raised over 2K for
Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago. I've been listening to the Eric
& Kathy's Radiothon all day long, and less than thirty minutes ago, I
heard "Super Jake's" story. It just moved me so, so deeply. Not
that all the others haven't, but this was my breaking point.
What an amazing little guy. I had to make a move.
